Human nature ..yours, mine, theirs.. indicates that there's a pragmatism involved with positive change.

"We change our behavior when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of changing. Consequences give us the pain that motivates us to change." ~ Henry Cloud

Sometimes the pain of seein' the painful consequences etc happen in another's life can really motivate a person to change. Some of my surfer-buds–gone early. That's also the personal pain-to-change ..becoming less than.

Sorry.. if you're enduring some pain today. Sorry if you've been dealing with troubles or trials.

Don't waste your pains.. or sorrows. Let em drive in a direction towards the Lord, instead of away from Him. He didn't do you bad or wrong.

The Bible says, "This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!" 2 Cor. 5:17

When in doubt, in pain, in trials or in trouble ..or at other times too.. just pray. Seek the Lord's face in it. We believers can all learn and grow ..in this sanctification process.

"Prayer puts away man’s weakness with God’s strength." ~ E.M. Bounds

Expanded a bit... "Therefore if anyone is in Christ that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior, he is a new creature reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition have passed away. Behold, new things have come because spiritual awakening brings a new life." Proverbs 24:16 amp www.knowGod.org
