In Our Day How Do You Go About Helping So Called Seekers Take The Next Step With Christ?

The best use of one's life is love. The best expression of love is sincere worship of God.... but on the horizontal plane it's simply time spent with a person for the Gospel's sake ..hearing, really understanding, and helpin' em where they want and need help. And the best time to show genuine love is now ..today. Let everything you do be done in love.

I've got a brand new tool for you to use! You'll like it. Measured against eternity, you're aware that our time here on earth is just like a quick blink of an eye if ya will, and that's why we need to use our time wisely. So.. first-off do you mind if I ask you a few personal questions? Do you know the Lord in a personal way? Are you growing in Him? Do you have a sense of His passion, concern, purpose and urgency?

I want to gently implore you, I very much want to motivate you.. to pray, to go, to tell. I want to help you towards a really fulfilling life ..with Jesus and His Great Commission today!

Question: If you know Him, why not wisely use the cutting edge tools of this day to glorify Him? They used to use a net to fish, but today..while laws permit..we can use a different net for that (while not becoming ensnared in an evil part of the web). I just love the verse, "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love..." (1 Tim. 4:12).

And the Apostle Paul also told young Timothy, "..be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry." (2 Tim. 4:5). That's a good verse for us as well. So another question for you is this: How can any Christian (full time career minister or not, young or not, evangelist or not..) fully fulfill their ministry without doing the work of evangelism? I really don't think it can be done. Do you? How?
Growing up, did you have a bad experience with so called evangelism? Did Mormons or Jehovah Witnesses (with their false and perverted, counterfeit message) or did other stiff, cold-hearted churchy-like people push you into going door-to-door with some religious gospel? Did they get rude, weird, or abusive with their hearers..or others? I'm so sorry about that. Some people that I've met have a negatively tweaked, false caricature in their minds regarding "soul-winning", "Christian world-changing", "evangelism."
It's so sad that something so joyous, beautiful, glorious, and good could become viewed anything other than the way God intends for us to view it. That's indeed not God's plan cuz He has better things for us.
I've sadly met people who have first-hand, up-close and personally experienced religious brow-beating and manipulation "In the name of Jesus" even, or right in church, but then later from a healthy Christ-centered church were happy to discover God's biblical way of sharing their faith from an overflow of what the Spirit was doing in their lives. They've seen it done wrong, not the way Christ did it, and then fortunately done right resulting in many coming into a meaningful relationship with the Lord.
Hey gang, we don't ever have to act pushy, religiously-preachy, cold blooded, elite, exclusive, harsh, accusatory, above others, manipulative, or self-righteous in this. God forbid we think or act like that! Be biblical with His grace instead. Remember, Jesus didn't minister or fish in some pushy pressurizing sorta way like that. You know He was meek and selfless. But His Great Commandment (Matt. 22:37), the second greatest "Love your neighbor as yourself" (v. 39), and His Great Commission (see Matt. 28:16-20)..are still just the same for every believer to prayerfully live-out ..with no exceptions.
I love to read through Ephesians because the first three chapters keep telling me about all that God has blessed me with, how He has lavishly met my needs as He promised to do (Phil. 4:19), and even added value free of charge into my life.. and then later Paul tells me about my duties, how I am to be and act in properly representing Him to individuals who perhaps have a wrong caricature in their minds about who God is. I love how God (the Initiator) blesses and meets my needs and then wants to use me (the responder) to bless and meet the needs of others.
"I am convinced the greatest act of love we can ever perform for people is to tell them about God's love for them in Christ." ~ Billy Graham

"Less than two percent of professing Christians regularly share their faith with others." ~ Bill Bright

God is love. He epitomized love, He demonstrated love, He exampled this love for us all the way to Calvary. His Message of the Cross, His Purpose, and His Plan—they're all about experiencing and sharing His great love (both face to face and other ways).
