There still seems to be such a lame push to make church as unlike Christian church as possible.
Still so many words that churches are opting not to use in song or talk today like: sin, hell, repent or the blood of Jesus. It's just moronic and wrong.
Think about it. If you fell deep into well, broke your leg and couldn't get out.. wouldn't it be smart for a concerned passerby.. determined to rescue you.. to talk about that situation, the solution-option for you. Yes, you know, to plan some..and talk about that well you're stuck in.. the depth of it and the way out.
Most important thing for each of us -- just submit to God and resist the enemy (Mr. Lu-Cifer, the devil). Imperative... just turn and trust Christ today. yep, repent and be born again spiritually. Way important. Another important thing for each of us is... opt to grow in a healthy Bible teaching church that doesn't pull any punches so to speak. You know it's the religious false teachers who will tell you some of the truth but not what you need to hear most about salvation. "In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." 2 Corinthians 4:4
It's the prince of the power of the air.. that gets a lot of help from dead religious folk.. is still dead-set against people seeing the light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ. The Bible says...
"And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment." John 3:36
"We believe with our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we declare with our mouths that we believe, and so we are saved." Romans 10:10
