The sorrow and trouble from yesterday, or from tomorrow (..that hasn't happened yet. Most of these worries people have..don't). The losses and the the failures of the past, and the successes too.. just let it..em all go. Forgive people and yourself too. Live in the now.

Some people live too long in the successes of the past. Some pro-athletes reach the top early and then struggle for the rest of their years here. 

Had success? Good, enjoy for a while and then.. why not let it go. I mean the past..cuz it be the past now. Are you kinda worried about tomorrow? Why not live in the now.. instead. Live with a living hope inside now.  

I’ve had a lot of horrific fearful terrible things ... most of which never happened. God’s name is I Am. Not I will be... or I was. Live in the now. Hard work is good, but why live for work for for people. take a break alone with the one who made you. Live for Christ. You can have a brand new nature inside and sow to the Spirit! Who are our real enemies? Not people -- we are to love them. It's sin, Mr. Lu-Cifer (Satan), his fallen angel dweebs, this corrupt world system that pushes evil and weirdness like all the time.. and our old fleshly nature that craves what it craves.  

Had some loss? Did he or she ditch you... or die too young for that? Lose a good job? Sorry about that. There is a time for mourning loss.. a process to go through.. not forever. 

Remember, sorrow can’t be forever. Why let it be forever? It needs to be left behind. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death....not stop in. God can comfort and use you to be a blessing. Facebook.com/shareJesus

Live on purpose.. I mean on the top purpose that you were meant to live in with the Lord daily leading you. He calls you to Himself and does have some specific things for you to be, not be, and go do. You know that's true.
