Sometimes it's just good to do. I mean to talk about it -- H E Double H o c k e y s t i c k s.

Wanna talk about an unpopular subject, cuz well, so many just won't. But sometimes it's totally good to do.

There's memory in heaven, and there's memory in hell. How would it be to recall all those great times with loved ones, and the splendor of God's nature here on earth? People in hell are aware of where they are. They can’t return from or bail out of there -- they really suffer. No coming back ever.
You're totally conscience in hell. There's no blessing or bliss there, but there is gobs of suffering in hell. there are varying degrees of punishment in hell according to how you spend on Earth. Once you're in hell you can't pass over into heaven or go anywhere else from there.
What’s 100% true about this place? Here’s a non-parable for ya (see “was a certain man”), “There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried. And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. Then he cried and said, 'Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.' But Abraham said, 'Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 'And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.' Then he said, 'I beg you therefore, father, that you would send him to my father's house, for I have five brothers, that he may testify to them, lest they also come to this place of torment.' Abraham said to him, 'They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.' And he said, 'No, father Abraham; but if one goes to them from the dead, they will repent.' But he said to him, 'If they do not hear Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rise from the dead.'" Luke 16:19 nkjv
There are no beach bashes or other parties in hell, yup zero fun there, no excitement, no adventure, no romance, nothing to stoke-you-out or positively amp you there.. zero fulfillment, no satisfaction, no shouts of joy in hell.. there is separation from all Love there.
God is love, He really loves you -- He has far better for you, but you must be born again. Why? Cuz he said you must be born again.
The Bible tell us about a religious man who wanted to get right with God, "This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him."
Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."
Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"
Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
"That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
"Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'"

Hey, I don’t want you going there, so please don’t put off changing your future address if you’re headed there. Hang a U-turn to God. What will you decide? Accept or reject Jesus Christ--go for Him? Remember, not to decide is to decide and the road to hell is paved with excuses.

People say, but I saw a great light and then I came back to life here. I've heard so many contradictory stories--you take em with a grain of salt. God's word is true, people's stories might not be. God loves all those in the world, God loves you and has a good plan for you. Wants you with Him, but won't make you go where is best for you.
So many experiences from people who have near-death experiences. They write lots of books and make money on these stories.. not that this is their goal.
Hell is sorta like a prison, but far worse. Prison here sounds like a foretaste of hell. Inmates have lots of things happened to them but they really don't want to happen to them.
Hell is all about lonely, misery, hopelessness, missed opportunities, missing those you care about.
God doesn't want you to go there--hell was not made for people originally, it was made for fallen angels who rebelled against God's authority in pride. The only people who are doing that? How wasn't designs for people but many insist upon going there.
it's not for you, but if you reject Christ... Christ will not make you change your mind. God will not keep you out of there if you say no to Jesus.. subsequently choosing to go to hell. Rejecting God's only provision for your sin, Him, God the Father will let you answer were you insist upon landing.
"But I almost died and I saw a bright light, Kurt!"
You saw what.. a light? Did you feel an energy? Did it blink, flash or just stream on in? What else? Doesn't the Bible say that Satan appears as an angel of light. Yes, he's a fallen Angel that does his best to imitate God -- he's a.. full-on deceiver and counterfeiter. Constantly imitates what God does. Read about Moses in Egypt in the Old Testament. Mr. Lu-Cifer if you will, he SO wanted to be God rather than a creative being, so he's still a bit ticked off. He still wants the worship that is due to God alone. God is worthy of this.
Use discernment. The Bible speaks of the Lord as light -- He is 100% pure and holy... "This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all." 1 John 1:5
Are you now on the broad road that leads to destruction, or on the narrow road that leads to Life.. Life everlasting? Turn and trust, Christ said He's the door.
Repent means to change your direction in life.. away from sin towards God.. it means to be sorrowful inside, yes sorry for your sins that have literally grieved and hurt God. He's always wanted the best for you.
If there is no Hell, a good many preachers are obtaining money under false pretenses. Billy Sunday
Hell is the highest 'reward' that the devil can offer you for being a servant of his. Billy Sunday
Many people of their own ‘free will’ are carried off to hell and we should weep when we even speak of this place with so many inhabitants. Too many so called Christians never shed a tear in this regard.
God doesn’t send people to hell per se. People rebel against authority -- they stubbornly choose on their own to go to Hell and God simply won’t stop them. He honors and won’t take away your free will.
Hell is hardcore truth seen a pinch too late. While here, God saves by substitution (not after death, and there’s no spot called purgatory).. by the blood of Christ on a Cross.. and you by faith turning and trusting in Him. He loves you more than words can describe and has a better plan for your life.
The safest road to hell is the gradual one -- the gentle slope, soft underfoot, without sudden turnings, without milestones, without signposts. C.S. Lewis
The lost think they will enjoy their wild party lifestyle all together ..forever in this horrible place.. but there is no love there. They've demanded this pleasure, but the party will soon end.
I willingly believe that the damned are, in one sense, successful, rebels to the end; that the doors of hell are locked on the inside. C.S. Lewis
When sinners are careless and stupid, and sinking into hell unconcerned, it is time the church should bestir themselves. It is as much the duty of the church to awake, as it is for the firemen to awake when a fire breaks out in the night in a great city. Charles Finney
I would rather go to heaven alone than go to hell in company. R.A. Torrey
If sinners be damned, at least let them leap to Hell over our bodies. If they will perish, let them perish with our arms about their knees. Let no one go there unwarned and unprayed for. Charles Haddon Spurgeon
Hell is as ubiquitous as a condemning conscience. Frederick W. Robertson
My warning light in the car ain't a bad thing, it's good -- it's neutral and tells me when I need to stop before destruction happens. That's how my conscience is -- it's a good thing, not something I need to shut up. You know all have blown it here in big and small ways -- we've sinned and fallen short of God’s righteous standards. It's so grieved and hurt Him inside. What does your inner conscience tell your heart? Have you felt guilty, lonely, empty, unfulfilled or afraid to die? Turn, fully trust and just walk with Jesus.
People say they won't go to church or to God cuz there are too many hypocrites that call themselves Christians. Yes, call themselves. I can understand that. Why let one of those types of people.. probably a lost and religious persons playing like they are saved.. get in between you and God? At the Judgement Seat, God won't ask you about them at all. He will ask what You did with His only provision for your sin.

If we had more hell in the pulpit, we would have less hell in the pew. Billy Graham
