A Magnetic Pole Shift Could Basically Tweak Our Upside Down World Quite A Bit. Could Happen. But Let's Pray For A Biblical Awakening And Sound Revival To Turn It Right Side Up So To Speak.. And Earlier Rather Than Later.

A Pole Shift Could Kinda Tweak Some Circumstances huh. Not tryin' to scare anyone, but it's something to be aware of

Today, if we find this world already upside down (sin pretty much does that in the world)… wouldn’t spreadin’ the Gospel via the power of the Spirit turn it right side up so to speak?
And prayerfully appropriating God’s wisdom with a sense of urgency for proper devotional and evangelistic application has never hurt anyone.

“But when they did not find them, they dragged Jason and some brethren to the rulers of the city, crying out, ‘These who have turned the world upside down have come here too.’” Acts 17:6 nkjv

Hey, that was their assessment of what believers out witnessing did back in the day. Good idea for us huh–turnin’ it right via Christian obedience. In a relationship with Christ, why not we do that again, before any other kind of strange tilting occurs.

According to scientists nowadays, the magnetic North Pole is making a “sudden shift” away from Canada and toward Russia

(real, I don’t mean connected to the junk science of Leftists who keep pushing their version of Global Warming on us, or about those who keep falsely pointing us toward Russia with other political motives).
Interesting to watch. My dad Kim told me about this. Precision with where the North Pole needed for GPS Navigation across the globe. Like you I’m sure, my dad and I both use our GPS a lot.   Deep beneath the Earth’s surface, liquid iron is sloshing around at its core, causing the North Pole to move away from Canada and towards Siberia.
Since 1831 they have been tracked the movement into the Arctic Ocean at a rate of about 15km each year. But, since the mid 1990s, it has picked up some speed. It’s now, the earth, shifting at a rate of about 55km a year. A pole flip could cause gobs of damage. According to a team of international scientists, including from the Australian National University (ANU), such an event in the future would increase our planet’s exposure to the Sun’s radiation, and could cause trillions of dollars in damage by decimating power and communications systems across the globe. The magnetic field provides protection for the electrical grid which powers our homes, our businesses, our hospitals, our stores, our banks, our computers and our televisions. scientists tell us that Earth’s magnetic field has flipped before, and that it could soon happen again.
Let’s get back to the Bible, back tight and right with God, and back to the basics that build up.
Back to the basics earlier rather than later. Smart! How? Here’s how… Turn and trust.. Him.
Read your Bible every day, pray without ceasing, fellowship with red-hot growing believers…and as a natural outgrowth or overflow.. know and go.. boldly sharing Jesus with others. Know Him well and making Him well known.

What to try in Him. Daily obedience. So trust-worthy is He. Never once, not even one day been egotistical, selfish, passive, lazy, or weird. "The Lord is righteous in all his ways and kind in all his works." Psalm 145:17

Do try it, believer.

Try prayerfully seeing each new day as a great adventure of faith, totally planned-out by your compassionate Lord, the ultimate world-changer, need-meet-er, and Guide. Try viewing those who wander in and our of your day as valuable non-accidents. Remember all that God's done for you in the past (too many forget and wander away..), thank Him, and inquire about the future. Got a plan for you. God's knowledge of you right now lacks nothing -- it's picture-perfect. He knows all you've done, all you really are, and will do. His knowledge is framed in unconditional Love for you. Loves you so much He can't take His gaze off of you

To Jeremiah God said, “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.“ (Jer. 31). That's exactly how He feels about you too. Wants to hug you! He woos us back, when we wander off. He draws us in, when we don't even know Him.. only some history on Him.

We opt to get the vertical relationship right knowing that all the horizontal relationships will fall into place. This vertical relationship with the Lord is so cool. No, it's far better than that. And it’s a twenty four seven three sixty five sorta thang. I mean living all out for Him.
“To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” Rev 5:13
Daily, in whatever He leads you to do.. worship Jesus and give Him the glory.
Knows better. He really does. Knows you so well.
“Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is.” 1 John 3:2
Our resurrected bodies will pretty much be like His. You’ll be an upgraded version of what you are now. It’ll be so cool! Believers, when we see Jesus face to face, we’ll be like Him. Except He’s God.. always has been and we are not. Never are or were.
The weather changes and is sometimes fickle, but He won't and isn't. Not spooky, twitchy, religious or hinkey acting.. ever. He's never been that way. Just pure and holy is the Lord. So SO faithful when there's no one else who really cares for your soul.
Not foul. Nope God is good -- he's never one day been creepy even a little bit.
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” (Rev 5:12).
Be a blessing. Bless with your words and heart. Let God via your prayerful Bible reading make you winsome like He is, not spooky weird or religious. How would that draw anyone to Him?

Worldly stuff, it’s so overrated, but none can overrate you and your love, God. Don’t need the worldly stuff -- I mean what’s of this corrupt world-system.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” (2 Cor. 5:17).
We are brand-spankin’-new creations in Christ! Born all over again. Spiritually. Needed that. Wasn’t born so right the first time. Yeah, a forgiven sinner–me.  Grateful.
Q. What did you leave behind.. that you now don’t even miss.. when you became a follower of Jesus?  The Bible says of us, “…you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.” (Jam. 4:14).
Lead on, loving Lord. Lead me all the way through. So glad that You see it all. I choose to trust you today. You got me this far, and I pray You will be glorified, Jesus.
Q. You okay with that? How do you handle not knowing what will happen in your life?

What to re-try. Hitting two knees again with intimacy and candor. Returning with hat in hand (humbly). Grab your Bible again..regardless of how you feel. Re-go to church, where they soundly teach the Bible. It doesn’t need to catch dust--the Book doesn't. We have a love letter from a Lover! From His heart to yours. And its far more than just that. We worship Him, not some mere paper in a volume. But do read through the whole Love-letter (Bible) again. Q. You don’t typically start in the middle of a letter, or merely read the first part of one and then bail do you?
No, you want the whole context of it. I challenge you to re-look at the verses that others tend to pass on over – they are equally as valuable and edifying. Read the whole love-letter. It’s all God-breathed, the Bible. True!
“And the four living creatures said, 'Amen!' and the elders fell down and worshiped." (Rev). Re-take the Good News of the Gospel to a friend while you can.

“Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with lovingkindness I have drawn you.“ (Jer. 31).

Darkness is never so dark as when a redeemed person isn’t any longer satisfied with their meaningful love relationship with God. When.. the richness of the Scripture has no more sweet taste, like it used to. When.. the spiritually red hot born again preacher’s church sermon deflects off fleshly armor ..not put on you by Him. When.. prayers seem to bounce or be stamped with, “Return to sender fast.” It's time for each of us to humbly return to God -- hey, all our horizontal relationships potentially can become wonderful as we get the vertical relationship right.. when we put Christ first.

Where has the red hot spiritual passion gone?

Lukewarm, worldly, carnally minded, distracted -- it's all so overrated! Is it time for you to return to Jesus (your first love), and to pray for each one?

"But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." Matthew 6:33

“But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first” ~ Jesus, Revelation 2:4

Are you feelin' way too much pain right now.. in order to jump up and proceed right? Let's see that fixed, Buckeroo. Sure, God can deal with that.. via some honesty and simple faith.

Kids, are to be loved -- you know they've all got so much potential. See it and pray for them. For each one. God has a good plan.

I wanna encourage parents with proverbs (and more verses too), and tell them that Bible proverbs are not promises ..though many parents take em as such and then some later on feel hurt by God like He has let em down. He hasn't.
I want to challenge parents to be on-fire for the Lord, not luke-warm (carnally, impure, worldly) or cold (like some dead fish in the freezer. sadly, too many have to their own hurt, and to others).
Thirty-one of em--Proverbs, I love reading the one for the day’s date. Not promises, but Proverbs are excellent principles from God ..that if wisely applied.. will give each of us a really good shot for the best outcome in life as we put the Lord first (See Matthew 6:33).. i.e., They are principles for child rearing too, and for winning em to Christ (I mean the Jesus of the Bible. Yeah, that One, the only way).
Sure had a lot of fun adventuring for some years in Europe and elsewhere with our boys. Parents should enjoy this season of life--I mean with lots of real joy and laughter in the home. God’s a perfect Father that’s not uber-strict or cold and stern. He’s always done a perfect job--did none of his kids go prodigal? Not sure personally, if I always wisely applied these verses, sure tried to--God knows. Daily, I wish I was more like Him. Yup, still. Got a long ways to go, but we can know, walk close, and grow in the Lord.
Individuals like kids still have a free will and some can later opt to drink, to use other substances. Some are mentally ill fairly young, or some go to war and see way too much. Can't help that. Some choose to make so many bad choices with close foolish friends etc that they’ve helped themselves on into madness. God hasn’t been away on a vacation-cruise, He knows and is in-charge. The Holy Spirit still loves us and does His very best to reach/save/help us.
We have our elections, we study best we can, we make our decisions, and God is in-charge so we show respect to those in delegated authority. God's hands are on the affairs of this world. The Bible says...
“Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6-8 esv
“The king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.” Proverbs 21:1

“Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one’s youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.”  Psalms 127:3-5
“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them.”  Psalms 139:13-16
“What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray?  And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray. So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.”  Matthew 18:12-14
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”  Ephesians 2:10

You can do this. Let the Lord lead you. Be encouraged parents--fear not! You don't have to do things perfectly to have a good outcome. Trust God to do his part. Does it look kinda bad right now. Focus your eyes on God, the perfect Father.

It ain't over until it's over. Have the right priorities.. in order. Balance pure love and smart discipline that really fits the situation for their benefit. God does--remember they really belong to Him. Here’s some memory verses for kids of all ages--they’ve helped me.

Ephesians 6:1-3 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.”
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

Memory verses for parents to meditate upon.  You know the Bible uses Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic words, the first two for our term “discipline.” These are much more encompassing than we use in the English language, so it’s good to look at all of them.

i.e., Hebrew “muwcar” (originates from the term “yacar”). In the New Testament check out the meaning of the Greek word “paideía” regarding their education like in Ephesians.

Daily balance love and disciple, stay in agreement parents. Parents must win. Balance respectful courtesy and control (not that you’re over controlling). Remember, if you’re too disciplinarian or harsh in style, it will become easier for them to grow up and hate you (and your kind God). If you’re too lenient and never use wise discipline in raising em, then you could make it easier for them to grow up and hate you (and your God). Why do that? Do it His way instead. The Bible says...

Ephesians 6:4-6 “And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord.”
Deuteronomy 6:6-9 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
Proverbs 1:8-9 Hear, my son, your father’s instruction, and forsake not your mother’s teaching, for they are a graceful garland for your head and pendants for your neck.
Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Colossians 3:21 Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.
If you don't live a life of JOY in Jesus how will you long-term help your kids or anyone? Parents are commanded to wisely discipline children in love, yet certainly not to go overboard. Hey, they aren't your property.
Proverbs 13:24 Whoever spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is diligent to discipline him.
Proverbs 19:18 Discipline your son, for there is hope; do not set your heart on putting him to death.
Proverbs 22:15 Folly is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline drives it far from him.
Proverbs 23:13-14 (KJV) Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.
Proverbs 29:15 The rod and reproof give wisdom, but a child left to himself brings shame to his mother.
Proverbs 29:17 Discipline your son, and he will give you rest; he will give delight to your heart.

God loves some walls. Yup, walls of protection. If a wall.. in and of itself.. is immoral, then God and Nehemiah are immoral. That's so ludicrous. Love.. always protects. 1 Cor. 13

"Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, bless His name; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples. For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods."

No matter what they tell you at school, kids.. God is the one who made the sea with those super sweet hollow waves, those narly-barrels!.. yes and the hills, all the scenic valleys, all the stunning mountain peaks to climb and ski off of, and all the winsome windswept meadow-lands are from Him (v.4-5).

Awesome places here on earth huh even though man has messed some of the places up via sin. O the beauty of His personality and His creation -- makes me wanna shout or sing ..and I ain't so good at it. Yet He still thinks of you.. of all people. God wants to the best for us all. He still has such a HUGE missionary heart of love for all peoples. We can too -- we can know Him and walk close! Q. Where to start? A. With honesty. Today, right here, even now. What would prevent you.. anything?.. from turning and trusting.. from pausing to pray a short and simple prayer from your heart? Why unfriend when you can friend? You were designed for such a beautiful Friendship!

Feelin' grateful. It's interesting to me how truck makers (not bad at all--I love a big truck up in the mountains..), and cults like Mormonism (real dangerous), beer companies, and even super creepy porn groups (steer totally clear of) today.. all still try to sell their product and wares by creating commercials using God's beautiful creation. I wish it wasn't so effective in my Land or in any Land.

No need for us to worship His lovely creation, ourselves or other people, He is far more lovely than all. Let's worship the Lord alone in this new year.. and beyond as well! Good idea. Meditate upon or memorize Psalm 96 today.

I sure love all the verbs in this whole context. Sing, come, praise, worship, proclaim, declare etc.
“Oh, sing to the LORD a new song! Sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, bless His name; Proclaim the Good News of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples. For the LORD is great God and greatly to be praised..” Psalm 96:1-4
