Keep fixin' your eyes on the living Word.. Jesus! Keep fightin' those enemies that ain't never been for you or for such a focus.

“I have made up my mind to obey your laws forever, no matter what” (Psalm 119:112).

We daily run into the natural man, the carnal man and the spiritual man and we see the spiritual Christians as victors wisely applyin' / obeyin' the Scriptures. May the Lord helps us have courage to obey Him.. and stay in that last category that Paul spoke about. Be encouraged!

The reason why most people are ineffective and unfruitful in this life is that A.) They're sadly lost and, B.) they’ve been born again perhaps, but have never learned how to look to Jesus to meet all (instead of half of) their needs. Many don't start fighting the battle of the mind to win, or keep appropriating power for on-fire victory. So many live passive.. or sort of Ho Hum fatalistic lives ..K saa-raw saRaaw, what ever'll be will be.. and not at all sure about the depth of God's love for them or for others (that was demonstrated on the Cross).

You know how on the horizontal plane, our ministry goal of sharing our faith and testimony with others really shouldn't simply be to get people coming forward.. only (to convert). But, we earnestly pray that they each would come (to Jesus) and then go forward (with Him) unto spiritual maturity. Yup, growing up in their relationship with and obedience to Jesus as Lord. He'll give us all a Great Commission person mission.. if we hang tight with Him long enough.

Thank you for your ministry to the Lord and to others, believers! Keep goin', do it all for Him. God is working today, and daily there is much for us to be about ..and be doin' for Christ and His eternal Kingdom. I say go for it in the Spirit, and not in the flesh! As we allow Him to be Lord and daily lead, you and this soul-winning ministry will flourish! Sippin' saints will quit that, and become disciples!

Our time is so limited here to work with Him, so we have this sense of urgency inside about what we are doing. I pray that God will help each of us to sense what God feels for the Lost and teach us to wisely number our days. We must work diligently as the servants the Lord calls us to be.. in bring people to His biblical truth!

Don't want to at all be remiss, so how can I help.. how are you doing working in Christ's Kingdom today?

May the Lord help us daily manage our minds for His glory -- it's easy for Him to deliver any mind from destructive or depressing thoughts when we let the Bible just saturate the brain-cells.

That isn’t at all easy tryin' independent from the Word, because there are still three enemies that basically strive to keep you and me from fulfilling all the good intentions and Holy Spirit promptings related to transforming lives. Endure me a sec.. in this basic stuff (reminders).

1. The first enemy is your old fleshly nature that tries to pull you down or back into a wilderness life controlled by appetites and vice. The Apostle Paul says in Romans 7:23, “There is another power within me that is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me” (NLT).

"Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. Instead, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the desires of the flesh." http://biblehub.com/romans/13-14.htm

Lord, increase our faith and zeal (in each one of us) -- we don’t really want to do non-edifying fleshly stuff that helps no one? We often feel like we labor for agape-love's sake alone in Your vineyard and that’s the battle in we have.... in the brain between our old, sinful nature and our good intentions with Spirit promptings. Help us sow to the Spirit like Paul did, and not to the flesh.

2. The second enemy is Mr. Lu-Cifer as I call the dweeb (a.k.a. Satan with his team of rebel-losers). Familiar spirits are familiar with.. they cannot force you to do anything wrong, but Satan and his fallen group can make suggestions, and those suggestions can be extremely difficult to deal with if we entertain those ideas. He is constantly planting negative thoughts in minds. He’ll use other people, or he’ll use the television. He'll use that Android or iPhone in our hand too if we allow em to. He’ll just throw in a thought to tempt and trip up your mind. Don't give him an inch.

The Bible says, "Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering." See context http://biblehub.com/1_peter/5-9.htm

3. The third enemy is this world’s value system. Worldly people value the wrong things too much, but don't value what God really values. Not many things in our society encourage self-discipline or purity? In fact, nearly every advertisement all over the city says, “You deserve better. You really deserve a break today. Have it your way. Be a self-made person, self-actualized and all. it's okay to put yourself first.” Man, I deserve the Cross!

The Bible says in 1 John 2:16, “For everything in the world — the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life — comes not from the Father but from the world”.

How true! With enemies like these above here, no wonder we struggle with disinterest, discouragement, distractions, depression, defeat, despair and or dismal-failure! But greater is He that is within you...  and beloved, we are convinced of better things in your case. We are confident that you are meant for much better things, things that come with salvation as you press in and go forward with your wonderful Lord. Facebook.com/shareJesus
