Need some hope? When ya look around today at all that's been goin' on, you can get feelin' kinda discouraged inside, but I want to encourage you today!

There is still a Reason to Hope and He has a name. Jesus Christ of the Bible, but not any religious made up sorta JC from some cult's lame story.
So much hate out there. Do you get tired of hearing and seeing the destruction? Let's remind ourselves.. Sinners sin cuz they are sinners. I am feelin' grateful today for God's love, His truth, and that people (sinners like me) can indeed be changed by the resurrection power of Christ. Yes, not by some sort of religious pressure outside, but from the inside out by God's Holy Spirit! When a person has a new nature inside, they simply stop wanting to hate people and sin. Christ is our example and living hope!
The Real Heart Of The Matter Is The Real Matter Of The Heart.
It is what it is today, but it doesn't really need to remain that way. Yup, so many born that way.... and that's why we each need to be born all over again.
"So it was, when they came, that he looked at Eliab and said, “Surely the Lord’s anointed is before Him!' But the Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.'” 1 Samuel 16:6-7 nkjv
"If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9. So turn, yes, as you now are. Get real with -- come to Him today! After turning, go help and turn others to Him. As things are winding up, there is a Reason to Hope.. and hope has a Name. Jesus Christ. Yes, be encouraged in the Word. Let's keep our eyes on Him as well as on #Israel -- God’s clock. This nation is.. the hour hand, the city of Jerusalem.. the minute hand, and the Temple Mount.. the second hand. So as we keep our eyes on the country, the city, and the Temple Mount.. let's prayerfully turn to Jesus and the Bible daily.
"Why are the Jewish people miraculously back in their own land after a two thousand year absence? Why does the city of Jerusalem remain the focus of international attention? Why are certain Jews now planning to build another Temple on Jerusalem’s Temple Mount? Will another Temple be built? Will this coming Temple bring peace on earth as the Jews hope? Is it possible the lost Ark of the Covenant will be found and placed in this future Temple? Why is this one city, Jerusalem, and this one piece of real estate, the Temple Mount, so important to Jews, Muslims, and Christians? The Bible has much to say on these and other matters pertaining to the Jews, Jerusalem, and the next Temple. Jerusalem’s Temple Mount has already been the scene of many important biblical events. According to the way many Christians understand Bible prophecy, the Temple Mount will be center-stage for coming events that will signal the return of Jesus Christ to the earth. Therefore, the study of this subject is of immense importance. The Amazing Jews.
The Jews are the most remarkable nation on the earth. Their history testifies to the miraculous power and faithfulness of God. As the Bible has clearly predicted, and against all odds of history, the Jews have returned to their ancient homeland after two thousand years of wandering the globe. This return has set the stage for end-time Bible prophecies to be fulfilled. Jerusalem—The City Of Peace. For all intents and purposes, the city of Jerusalem should be like any other city. Jerusalem has no natural wealth, no oil reserves, and no great strategic value. Yet it is at the center of today’s headlines and it is the focal point of debate among the great powers of the world. No other city in the world has been as desired and fought over as Jerusalem—the city of peace. In its history it has been attacked by armies of the Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, Ptolemies, Seleucids, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Seljuks, Crusaders, Mongols, Mamelukes, Turks, British and Jordanians. Even with all of this, Jerusalem remains a sacred symbol to three great religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. The Bible clearly spells out the reason for Jerusalem’s importance—it is center stage in the eternal plan of God. The Coming Temple. Finally, we come to Jerusalem’s Temple Mount—the place where the First and Second Temple of the Jews formerly stood. According to a literal understanding of Bible prophecy, a Third Temple is going to be built before Jesus Christ returns. This future Temple will be the site where many important end-time events will occur. Therefore, it is crucial that we understand what the Scripture says about these issues. We are fortunate to be living in these times. For the last two thousand years, careful Bible students have been looking for, and have been expecting, certain prophesied events to take place. Our generation has witnessed the fulfillment of many of these long-awaited predictions. Therefore, as we consider the subject of the Jews, Jerusalem, and the next Temple, the words of Jesus are most appropriate. But when these things begin to happen, stand up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near (Luke 21:28). A Modern Attempt To Rebuild The Temple. On July 28, 2014, The Temple Institute, an organization in Jerusalem which works toward the rebuilding of the Third Temple, began a revolutionary campaign to literally rebuild it - through the power of crowdfunding. Headlines under the title “Don’t make history. Make the future. Build the Third Temple.” Among other things, their online ad read as follows . . .Now is time for one of its most ambitious projects yet: completing architectural plans for the actual construction, fusing ancient texts and modern technology. While strictly adhering to the religious requirements set forth in Biblical texts, the Third Temple will also be equipped with every modern amenity: full computerization, underground parking, temperature control, elevators, docks for public transportation, wheelchair access, and much more. What is clear from the Bible that Israel is God’s clock. The nation is the hour hand, the city of Jerusalem the minute hand, and the Temple Mount the second hand.
So as we keep our eyes on the country, the city, and the Temple Mount let us now turn to the Bible and to the historical record to discover the amazing adventure of the Jews, Jerusalem and the Coming Temple." ~ Don Stewart #GoTell #Fish4Peeps Facebook.com/shareJesus
Today, be reminded of it. "Do what you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you." Phil. 4:9
