We're too used to the plastic worthless kinda fruit that at first looks good in a bowl on a table, that we can totally be caught off-guard with the genuine.

http://kurtwvs.tumblr.com/post/145165933258/real-fruit-can-be-kinda-scary-for-some-cuz-these

Huh, Are there Characteristics of Real Wisdom that Leads to valuable Fruit.. verses Worldly Wisdom that just Stays Barren?

Sure there are. The Real kind is Pure, Peaceable, Gentle, Reasonable, Merciful and comes with Good rather than Smelly Rotting kind of Fruit.  It’s Unwavering and Non-Hypocritical.

I say.. Wisdom never asks us to strive or be uber-busy. It expects us to be and even instructs us to be fruitful in the Lord

What’s wise? “Think truly, and thy thoughts shall the world’s famine feed. Speak truly, and each word of thine shall be a FRUITFUL SEED. Live truly, and thy life shall be a great and noble creed.” ~ Horatius Bonar

Here’s what you do: Live well, live wisely, live humbly. It’s the way you live, not the way you talk, that counts. Mean-spirited ambition isn’t wisdom. Boasting that you are wise isn’t wisdom. Twisting the truth to make yourselves sound wise isn’t wisdom. It’s the furthest thing from wisdom—it’s animal cunning, devilish conniving. Whenever you’re trying to look better than others or get the better of others, things fall apart and everyone ends up at the others’ throats.
Real wisdom, God’s wisdom, begins with a holy life and is characterized by getting along with others. It is gentle and reasonable, overflowing with mercy and blessings, not hot one day and cold the next, not two-faced. You can develop a healthy, robust community that lives right with God and enjoy its results only if you do the hard work of getting along with each other, treating each other with dignity and honor.

Directed-giving with right motives is an act of generosity. Let Jesus guide. This kind of giving is fruitful. It's prayerful and tactful--it's about first sowing a seed. The seed of biblical-faith will produce a great harvest of fruit. God will cause it to happen and then bring the growth.

http://kurtwvs.tumblr.com/post/145155724388/via-giphy

The Christian type of fruit is real love, not merely some Hollywood feelin' of love. “Fruit is always the miraculous, the created; it is never the result of willing, but always a growth. The fruit of the Spirit is a gift of God, and only He can produce it. They who bear it know as little about it as the tree knows of its fruit. They know only the power of Him on whom their life depends” ― Dietrich Bonhoeffer

http://kurtwvs.tumblr.com/post/145156725938

You can be happily “planted” in the rich soil of God’s vineyard and continue to “bear fruit” for all the years that God gives to you.

You can be “fresh and flourishing” (v.14) in the Holy Spirit. Jesus promised that “he who abides in Me, and I in him,” will continue to bear “much fruit” (John 15:5).
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.” —Paul, Galatians 5:22

Yours? Not yours ..yet? Can be yours. No charge. The fruit of the Spirit is love.. says the Bible.

For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, And as a garden causes the things sown in it to spring up, so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise To spring up before all the nations.

“The righteous ..shall still bear fruit in old age.” —Psalm 92:12,14

Have you been sidelined due to the sins of others or your own? God can forgive. Ask. Psalm 92 reminds each of us that no matter how old we get, how experienced we are now, we can have a new start in Jesus–a fresh, abundant and fruitful life here.
I’ve met some teens who felt that they were old with experience–too old. Perhaps they were. Hey there, no matter how old we get lookin’ outwardly as we look out through these same windows of eyes each day, we can still be young at heart. I feel the same inside and my view is the same.
Listen, by wise decisions, by right choices we can have the benefit of a well-lived lifetime of knowledge, love, character, and godly wisdom.
We can be young in heart and mind,
To others we can yet be kind,
Sing songs of praise to God through tears,
And grow in grace through all our years.
—Zimmerman.

Faithfulness is God’s requirement–He can empower and expects this faithfulness of us. But fruitfulness is His reward. Have you seen the fruit of a harvest yet? God make your fruit of His love inside evident outside–He can use you to win people for Jesus. Go tell em.

For as the soil makes the sprout come up and a garden causes seeds to grow, so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations.

“Drip down, O heavens, from above, And let the clouds pour down righteousness; Let the earth open up and salvation bear fruit, And righteousness spring up with it. I, the LORD, have created it.” Isaiah 45:8

For Health . For Him . For Edification . For you too . I am enjoying this Bible.. and reading Galatians 5:22-23 . with it’s Context - Sweet life fresh picked fruit ..not weird religious or fruity.. here on a hot Summer Day.

"For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it bear and sprout, And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater.” —Isaiah 55:10

Be gracious...

..and keep on growin’ in God's grace.
I pray that we.. that you and me.. will via truth and free grace..continue to grow. Yes, grow real strong in Him who is always strong. That’s Christ. And it can happen so I ask the Lord to help us see this happen soon.

What does it mean to grow in grace?

Answer: Second Peter 3:18 tells us to “grow in the grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.” To grow in grace is to mature as a Christian. We are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8–9), and we mature and are sanctified by grace alone. We know that grace is a blessing that we don’t deserve. It is God’s grace that justifies us, sanctifies us, and eventually glorifies us in heaven. The sanctification process, becoming more like Christ, is synonymous with growing in grace.
We grow in grace by reading God’s Word and letting it “dwell in us richly” (Colossians 3:16) and by praying. Those actions by themselves don’t mature us, but God uses these spiritual disciplines to help us grow. Therefore, maturing in our Christian life is not about what we do, but about what God does in us, by His grace. Understanding and applying God’s grace in our lives is important. We are not to impair it by being proud, because God says that He resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). Grace is that attribute of God that enables us to break free of our sinful nature and follow Him. It gives us strength and protects us. Without God’s grace, His favor, we would be hopelessly lost in this world. The more grace we have and ask God for, the more mature as Christians we will be.
To grow in grace does not mean gaining more grace from God. God’s grace never increases; it is infinite, it cannot be more, and according to the nature of God, it could never be less. He gave His only Son so that whoever believes in Him should be saved (John 3:16). How much more grace could there possibly be than that? But to grow in grace is to grow in our understanding of what Jesus did and to grow in our appreciation of the grace we have been given. The more we learn about Jesus, the more we will appreciate all He has done, and the more we appreciate His love and sacrifice for us, the more we will perceive the never-ending grace of God.
Peter also confirms that we need to grow in our knowledge of Jesus and to have that intimate relationship with Him because the more we know of Him, the more of Him will be seen in our lives. Paul said in Colossians 3:1–4: “Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.”
The Scriptures contain all the knowledge we will ever need to learn of God, His Son, and His Spirit, at least in this life. God`s desire for those He has saved is their sanctification and transformation. He wants us to become more holy like Himself. He wants to transform us into the image of His Son. The way to do this is by meditating on the Scriptures and applying their principles to our lives as we yield to the conviction and power of the Holy Spirit who dwells within us. Then we will prove 2 Corinthians 3:18: “We, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord.”
I pray it’s a work of grace that you, that we do and, “…by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” Acts 20:35

Where are you and I to place our faith? In the God of Creation—Who is working, ministering, powerfully active in big ways, small ways, and unseen ways!

This nation needs you alive inside! The difference between real strength and real weakness, righteousness and wickedness, success and failure, is Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. Yes, in us leading forward. Why lead yourself like a chief-shepherd? Is the Lord in You livin' large? He ain’t if you haven’t yet repented and believed in God’s only sinless Son, but He can be ..today! Trust.

“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.“ Colossians 4:2

God really cares about the people in your state and nation. And there are reasons why you and I can’t separate "state and God.”

How good, how awesome it would be for any in your state to know God in a personal way

Father God, Look upon and have mercy on us! Thank You for the Cross and for the bloodshed of Christ at Calvary! Help us build our foundation upon Your word, not on any church, minister, or anything else. Yes, as we repent of our sin and return wholeheartedly to You, please return to us–us, those of this Land gone astray! We plead with You for Awakening here. Minister to the pastors and rekindle the pure passion in Your churches here. Help the believers to grow strong, balanced and mature in your Word. Yes, and as a natural outgrowth of that spiritual health, please use us to win people to Jesus cuz our time is so limited. Let it start here today–please do it again ..revive, rebuild, redirect, work.. among us for your glory in Jesus’ Name.

You can do this Christian dad! Daily with gentle strength, lead those children to Jesus. You're not alone in it. Believer, your child needs approval, edification and encouragement when things are good every bit as much as he or she needs corrections in things that are not. Be home when ya need to be instead of AWOL!

Fear not. No one can take you out of God's will for you. Choose to trust the One who made you and has a plan. "A broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise." Psalm 51:17

Had a friend come visit me today who is really hurting cuz his wife is leaving him.  Said he fears being alone, but in his head he knows God is near and hasn't rejected him.  I hate that kinda fear!

Some people fear the future–the silence of being alone after a lover leaves. Some fear lack, or ISIS, and some fear future rejection. Have you had fears too? So sorry about that. I pray grace come near like a warm blanket to cover you today.
My friend has tried everything to fix his relationship gone sideways, but the wife has a new lover and other plans. So I've been praying that God will comfort.. and give Him along with their kids extra grace just to get through this hard uber-whacked time. For they are all indeed loved with a perfect love. I told him this is why the Bible teaches that God hates (not just dislikes or is disturbed by) marital infidelity and divorce that crush hearts. Some people just don't recover well.
Have you been forsaken by a friend? Have you suffered loss? Have you also been feeling alone, or afraid.. of whatever? Have you talked it through thoroughly with God. He loves you fiercely!!! Listen…

"Such LOVE has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear."(1 John 4:18, Bible)

Let God overwhelm you with His great PEACE today. He is greater than all your trials, testing, problems or feelings.
When the worries and anxieties of life overcome you ..just remember that you can find satisfying REST in God's warm loving arms. He wants to be close forever and has a good plan for you. No one here can mess up his plan for you. I pray that you via taking hold of his grace by faith.. will sense His nearness and love like never before. Have you blown it and feel some level of guilt or shame? Simply ask God to forgive you in Jesus' Name. He will.
And after you freely receive from Him, you will sense such great JOY inside. You will fall in love in this new relationship that none can take away. Just go from there and bring God's PEACE to others you meet.. or even to one other person! So SO many people feel so alone today. They've been hurt from relationships that have fallen apart and their dreams have been crushed.

"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God." (Matthew 5:10)

There might be times when you fumble or stumble or fall again. Try not to, but if you do just get back up again. Run to Jesus Christ (the one you see in the pages of the Bible–the only living Son of God).
Never forget that God will not leave you ..even if you have made a mistake. He can make a way for you for me ..even when it looks like no one else can. And God is still committed to you no matter what. He says to you "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you."
The Lord is my ROCK, my FORTRESS, my SAVIOR, my REFUGE. See Psalm 18:1-2
Lord, thank You for my friend and for all that You are doing in his life. thanks for being the God of the impossible. We know that no request is too big or too difficult for you! Today I want to serve you oh Lord. Please help me focus my eyes on you so I may be a witness in all I do. I Love you Lord. You are my STRENGTH, my PROVIDER AND PEACE.  facebook.com/shareJesus
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you." Psalm 56:3
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Why did you bury your talent, Sir? And sheepishly the poor man responded to him with.. I was afraid. #DareToBelieve

Worry is about fearing. Some fears are healthy to have, and others not so much.

I say, please fear God (have that respectful awe of) have world-changing goals and do prepare well by the Spirit. Do it His way ..biblicaly.. with Him leading close and with His timing. Gid will take care if the birds and believers. If course He will. See Philippians 4:19 and the context. #Bible

Sinply say no to fear, trepidation, worry and anxiety. What would you attempt in the Lord if you knew you couldn't fail or lack in that? The words Oops or Oh no!.. are not in God's vocabulary. There will be trials and tests and some suffering, but He's got this.. in your life. He's faithful and won't ditch ou like men often do. He who began a good work in you will go the distance to complete it. No man pluck you from His hand, believer--He'll keep you.

FEAR = FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL

Worry distorts your perspective.
Worry destroys your health.
Worry disfigures your countenance.
Worry disrupts your faith.
Worry depresses your mind and emotions.
Worry defeats your walk that was winning by faith.. in Jesus.

Worship instead of worry--say Lord, I give this to You. Can't handle it on my own. Thanks! He'll give you peace.

"Fear never wrote a symphony or poem, negotiated a peace treaty or cured a disease. Fear never pulled a family out of poverty or a country out of bigotry. Fear never saved a marriage or a business. Courage did that. Faith did that. People who refused to consult or cower to their timidities did that. But fear itself? Fear herds us into prison and slams the doors." ~ Max Lucado

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." ~ Jesus, in Matthew 6:25-34

"The presence of (bad) fear does not mean you have no faith. Fear visits everyone. But make your (bad) fear a (very short-term) visitor and not a (long-term) resident." ~ Max Lucado

"You may be transferred, enlisted, commissioned, reassigned, or (perhaps even worrying) hospitalized – but brand this on your heart – you can never go where God is not." ~ Max Lucado

God cares deeply for you and is with you there--He promises to meet all your needs. Others have let ya down, but where has He ever let you down before? Never has!

"I was afraid I would lose your money, so I hid it in the earth. Look, here is your money back." Matthew 25:25

Think about it.. tyically only about eight percent of what people that worry.. worry about.. ever actually comes to pass. Yes, comes to pass.. to pass. Opt to fully trust and call upon Jesus Christ and obey Him, instead of worrying today. #Repeat www.Facebook.com/shareJesus

Believers have the greatest of all adventures ahead. Does your face and life show it?

Having a coffee now. I pray that you are really stoked and authentically blessed today--this weekend--like never before. It's a new day and what a privilege we have--for fellowship together, for connection with the One who made us. It's Sunday, not a day to skip church if you can make it to a healthy church!
We..most of us are free and have a chance to go worship the Lord today. I pray you have a wonderful Sunday church service today with strong balanced Christian friends who can help you if you nee that... yes, a great time full of accurate Bible teaching and even deliverance for those who need it there, and pure edification and peace and anointing that strengthens all the people. Yes I pray God touches your heart in a personal way, and for that for everybody there who hears the Word of God taught.
Seize life in the Son..yes, real life in Christ today, because in many places things can be so precarious during these last days! Sounds kinda scary--Last Days, but I believe these really are the last days. Look around at all that is happening. And so much has accelerated around us as we look to all those Bible prophecies that have been fulfilled.
Be festive and joyful in the Spirit. Rejoice, rejoice, rejoice and give thanks for what God has given you. We are blessed in Him. Eat bread with gusto and gratitude. Listen well.
Make the most of each moment today ..and each day, each month, each year for the glory of God! Do it all His way.. all that God leads you to do with your eyes on the Lord.. do it all chipper, flexible to His lead, and spry. Yes, do His will in His timing and way.. with the thrill of enthusiasm for you have a living hope not a dead one, believer!
You know how an upbeat good attitude goes a long way. Too many bail on that and on closeness with Jesus, but you and I.. let's walk tight with Christ and be red hot on-fire for Him. Then we can give out what we've freely received. We can go lovely go spread our faith as good examples in Jesus Christ as He empowers us to. Let's get our bodies out the door and to a healthy church to worship Him all out in Spirit and in truth. And on the way, here's a cool video that might make you laugh.. it's not a Christian vid per se, but I love the excited enthusiasm and adventure in it--we believers have the greatest adventure ahead!

"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might..." Eccl. 9/10

Wasn't just for a cool ascetic effect.

Be bright. Right in the light. Fight! Not the opposite, or uptight, or always so out of sight.

Refilled to the top ..it can be a really good thang. Of course.

Be filled A LOT.. to the brim with the Holy Spirit. Overflow with his JOY.. today. Your car will run well if it's filled a lot, repeatedly with gasoline.. unless it's an electric car.. then fill it a lot with electricity. Duh!
Don't just come forward go forward in the Spirit--mature. Be balanced, real close to Jesus (the Bible Christ) and be being filled..often. Here's the cool thing.. like so many convenience stores, God gives free refills. Ask.

"Don't be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit," Ephesians 5:18

"..be filled with the Holy Spirit and constantly guided by Him." amp. facebook.com/ShareJesus

"God, you are my God. I celebrate you. I praise you. You’ve done your share of miracle-wonders, well-thought-out plans, solid and sure." Isaiah 25:1

Lord, I opt to bless your Name today. I will exalt You Jesus. Your counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Please refill and guide me through.

Resolve ..to keep on prayin' attaching the right address to it (to the Father in the name of Jesus), yes, to hang on by the sheer willpower of biblical faith. Know God's will by knowing His Word and kind Spirit. Have strong, red-hot, growing Christian friends, an attitude of gratitude and live a pure life in His Spirit. There's no better way to live! www.PeacewithGod.net

When going fishin' for peeps make sure they know this.

They're very loved and accepted.

People don't need to strive or first clean up their own life to come to Christ (the God of the Bible). That'd be so in vain religious self-will sort of reformation, a vain effort and God's never been religious at all. If you're not sure and lack assurance assurance.

You simply turn away from sin to God ..yes.. on His terms just as the Bible tells us, and trust Him. Yes, coming to Him as you are and He will forgive and clean your up life. Then, as you continue to worship and follow the Lord, as He meets all your needs.. He's got stuff for you to do.

What's He done in, through, or for you? How has he answered prayer for ya?

Has the Lord redeemed you? Then speak out! Tell others He has redeemed you from your enemies. Psalm 107:2 nlt PeaceWithGod.net

Illuminate. Participate. Not Isolate..off all alone somewhere. No no, seek the Lord and then go wisely Infiltrate!

We're not to be alone so much that we selfishly isolate.  I say we infiltrate--be in the world with Christ's love, not of it. Sure, cuz the Bible says...

"Therefore I urge you, brothers, on account of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to discern what is the good, pleasing, and perfect will of God." Romans 12:12

Lord, we want to know your will each step of the way. We want to reflect who You really are. Thanks for being near.
God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
God is love. He’s the door on in. He’s so there for you today.

Be a believer and then declare to yourself:  Hey Bud, you can indeed do somethin' different that can make a difference in this world.  Yup, good-different for the glory of God!
God, what practical, what helpful, what service, what uplifting.. You know specifically.. would You have us do? ..would you have me do? What would you have me say and how? To whom? I inquire of You. Please shine-out in love through us today.

As a shining witness for Christ, the apostle Paul in Philippians 4:13 said, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." It wasn't about self-reliance or self-confidence. He simply allowed the Holy Spirit to minister through him. Lord, help us to follow You today and have your way in us--each of us as we hold out the word of life. Thanks for helping us spread Your Gospel this week.

Shining; it’s a bold choice.  You can make this choice and do this.. daily. Don't worry about the opinions of others or your multiple flaws.. whatever those may be or not be. Sometimes you can have the smallest of roles in the smallest production if ya will... doesn't really matter where you start... yet make a big impact for eternity.  Let God give you fearless confidence and use you as His witness.  Ask Him to.

“Be a light in someone’s life today, no matter how small–you’ll still light up their world.” ~ Marie Wikle

Arise and shine, for your light has come. You remember, His Name is Jesus. You can do it differently, colorfully, uniquely.. but do shine out for Him.

There are mistakes, there are sins, there is grace, mercy, forgiveness, fresh learning, and some new opportunities. God love you and gives freely. Ask for.. from God and people when you let em down. Do your best not to blow it again. Duh!

Ask.. what are you really passionate about? Is it worth it? What's big on the Lord's heart? Influence saints and sinners towards Him and what's good. Employ godly wisdom, good advice, and shine. Apply it right and pass it on to help another.  Intelligence plus accurate facts minus godly wisdom equals a beautiful and colorfully-exotic bird without wings to really fly.

“For He has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son He loves.” Colossians 1:13
“The righteous will rejoice in the Lord and take refuge in him; all the upright in heart will glory in him!” Psalm 64:10
