Basic. Pray to God the Father in Jesus' name.

Seek Him first before all else; yes seek Christ's Kingdom and His Righteousness. Don't need your own. That is priority number one.

The Bible says, "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." Matthew 6:33-34

Tears aren't really the reason and God doesn't necessarily move in your life when you struggle; He moves when you pray believing.

Why do we pray. We pray to obey--we want to be coworkers with Christ who cares.. who loves the lost. We want to see unregenerate people is get born again spiritually and then coming to full maturity in the Lord. And many people are just waiting for a Christian to boldly talk with them about the Gospel.

Did you see that poll by trustworthy researcher George Barna? It clearly revealed that approximately 25% of the adults in the United States would go to church if a real Christian friend would simply invite em.

Barna went on to elaborate on this point, “The best chance of getting them to a church is when someone they know and trust invites them and offers to accompany them.”

That is really an amazing statistic isn't it. Think about it for a moment: 25% of the people out there are waiting for an invitation to go to church.

* Do you have saved friends that need an invite back to church?
* Do you have any unsaved friends that need an invite to a Bible teaching church?
* Do you have any non-believing friends you haven’t yet invited to come to Christ directly? Do you pray for you alone?

* Why not? All Christians need to be tactful and caring enough to have non-Christian friends (and I didn't says close friends to the point where they pull the Christian down in some way)* The key is to pray for them because you care, be real--live the life with godly integrity, and simply invite them to Christ and to His church.
