“For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now…” — Matthew 24:21

Have you been watching Baltimore this week? So much violence has happened there.. lots from web-rumors and misinformation and crowds actin' on it. Who hasn't seen it all playing out?

Sadly, rioting, lawless police-hating, and looting all seems to be on the increase. Does it kinda make you begin to wonder if we are living in the last of the "Last Days"? Do you think that God will send judgment to America? Lots of violence on the streets - that's what was happening right before that big flood when Noah built his arch and put a zoo on it.

Could it be.. that just as God allowed the Israelites, His people, to go through three of the ten plagues He sent in judgment on Pharaoh and Egypt in Exodus 6-8, God may allow His people today to go through a time of distress and trouble before the rapture of Christ's Church takes place. snatched away, blink, in the twinkling of an eye out of here.. before the seven years of real tribulation take place on this earth and everything sprints downhill at breakneck speeds.

"Birth pangs" ..is that what Nepal just had this week with all that shoddy construction crumbling down? (that's what I believe the Bible calls these type of last days earthquakes). Very sad.. destruction crumbling down on all those unsuspecting families. So so sad! Watchin' that horrific shaker destroy this week just makes me wanna pray for those people who survived and lost loved ones. Beyond tragic!

I'm really not an alarmist but, I believe we are in the time period right before the Rapture moment happens. God has planned it and He's never late.

You know how "rapture" is not a Bible term but go check out this event in the Bible anyways. You'll be glad you did. And I believe it's time for all born again Christians (John 3:3) to be strong instead of weak. It's not merely the time for us to pray to God.. it's time for us to earnestly cry out to God in faith ..on behalf of our family members, friends, coworkers, fellow students ..so they will turn and trust in Christ. He's our only provision from the Father in heaven ..for eternal salvation

Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of thinking and that becomes weakness of character which if left untended becomes weakness of a life. Be not weak, be strong and ready for Christ's rapture.

What does God say about us being strong in Him? Here is what He says, "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil." 6/10-11eph.bible

"Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.16/13one.cor.

"You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus." 2/1two.tim.
