Why are so many American judges willful and egotistical.. as they keep ignoring the citizens?

Why have we as a people allowed the vast majority of media outlets, sideways politicians (on both sides), and news orgs ..to twist the truth and brain-wash us? Is it their much studying (mixed with reading literature) or the Judge's earned letters that has puffed em up to act wrong?
Q: Have you checked out the first mention of marriage in Genesis 2:24? Is that what you desire - a blessed marriage? Lookin' at Pres Obama sayin' all Religious n Christian Organizations could lose their Tax-Exempt status over this. And I'm wondering 'bout Anthony Kennedy's leanings.. cuz the Supreme Court shouldn't be but is divided when God made it very clear...

Therefore a MAN shall leave HIS father and mother and be joined to his WIFE, and they shall become one flesh.

He created them MALE and FEMALE, and He blessed them…

Does your Maker come up with bad ideas? Not one! Why then mess His good ideas up? Why do the courts ..that are also only there to serve the citizens for their good ..keep on ignoring the votes of the people? It keeps happening - Judges override the people who multiple times have voted against it and won! Such educated fools, not even seeing what will soon happen to hurt our entire nation. There are literally so many forces in the world now SO out to destroy the home, the family and yes marriages. And it's such a slippery slope. Soon it will be multiple people wed together with S&M violence.. callin' it good as Hollywood is always approving.. and those wed with real animals and with children. Have you see how many teachers keep sleeping with their kids - it's been increasing but it's all wrong! Well, just watch and see what happens with marriage. Hello! It's past time to wake up America. Are you a Christian? This is a reason why we evangelize with Christ's Gospel.
Now it appears like Judges'll do their own thing once again.. ruling for "what's popular" again and against what's really best n healthy for a society. Ours! But "The Supreme Court was wrong when it denied Dred Scott his rights and said, "blacks are inferior human beings." This Court was wrong when Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote in Buck v. Bell, "three generations of imbeciles are enough thus upholding Virginia's eugenics law that permitted forced sterilization. Shamefully, that decision was cited during the Nuremberg trials to support the Nazi eugenic holocaust." (an excellent letter). Something ought to be said. Listen, with one man with one woman in marriage; it's uber-obvious that's according to God's order (See link - audio at bottom). Yes, that is according to the natural order. The plumbing and blessed union n procreation of a marriage just doesn't work otherwise. Duh! "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature(Ro. 1:26-27). Jesus asks, "Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning 'made them male and female" (Mat. 19:4).
Has not the one God who made you.. made good decisions thus far? Sure He has.

Will you let Him who is much wiser guide you ..and help choose your mate? He already knows. Hey, you belong to Him in body, soul, and spirit. Is your human spirit alive? You are not your own to do your own thing. You've been bought at a price ..on a cruel cross at Calvary.
Does our Nation need a repeat of Weddings 101? According to God in His Bible, marriage is ordained by Him (who first thought of it..) to be between a man and a woman alone (See Genesis 2:21-24Matthew 19:4-6. And he calls sex [another good thing He thought of..] outside of marriage: sin. But many have chosen to do things their own way instead of His way, wouldn't wait, and many marriages have failed.. OUCH.. and God, the Church n marriage aren't at fault here). But gay marriage a.k.a. same-sex marriage is a real twisting of the good and it's a perversion of this institution of marriage. Sure God loves all of us sinners (me included, amazing!), but this sin is a serious offense to the God who created marriage.. hurtful to the Person who wants us all blessed and wants to see none of us hurt. von kurtwvs.tumblr.com

Him first, and them after that.

I just like the order.. "Oh give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; make known His deeds among the peoples. Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; speak of all His wonders."

Yup, worship first, then witnessing.. more worship and then more witnessing. Upwards (do we have a greater ministry than that? Nope) and then outwards. Takin' time for Jesus first (Matt. 6:33), and then taking time for dialoguing with the people He loves.

Wanna be w.e.l.l. instead of sick, Christian? Remember how the early church was worshipping, evangelizing, learning and loving!

"Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth."

"Make music to the Lord with the harp, with the harp and the sound of singing.."

"Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him: talk you of all His wondrous works."

"O sing to the Lord a new song; for He has done marvelous things.." See Psalm 96:1, 105:2, 98:5, 98:1,5.

Love to look at worship in the Bible, and really love to be worshipping the Lord. And just shared these verses with a friend.

Smart fishers know that havin' and maintaining a clear conscience is important in witnessing of Christ's love.

Thinkin' about Shakespeare.. what did Hamlet mean when he said, "Conscience makes cowards of us all"? Does it have to? No.

I think he meant that the God-given conscience in people.. it can help prevent them from doing wrong sinful things, yes, from having wrong thoughts or doing evil deeds. But to unspiritual on-lookers who lack discernment and wisdom.. to unbelievers ..it might appear to them in their minds ..that we believer who is taking heed is an uber-weak, wimpy, yes full on coward. They miss, but to the righteous person wanting to please the Lord, it simply means that things in that person are working right as the conscience was designed to work. And when a person becomes a new creation in Christ, the conscience in connection with the Holy Spirit will work all the better for Christ's Cause. Let it, and God will use you to impact lives.

God says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 nkjv

"There is only one way to achieve happiness on this terrestrial ball, and that is to have either a clear conscience or none at all." ~ Ogden Nash

Questions: Believer, how many people do you desire to help put on the Journey to Jesus Christ? How many lives do want God to use you with, so that they too can enjoy a clean conscience?

When people tell you or me that they've always been a Christian ..chances are they are not yet a real Christian. Why? Well, because no one is born the first time regenerated in their human spirit. You know that. It takes repentance and faith not pedigree.

Yeah, that's why we all need to be born all over again. It might not have looked like that at the time of our Birthday, but we've all been born wrong the first time due to Adam's sin. And when a person turns and trusts Christ.. when they meet Jesus one on one.. guess what.. real changes will indeed take place. The outward may be without the inward (with so called religious people getting moralized - lost), but the inward is never without the outward (with real believers who desire to grow, to walk in victory, and want to maintain a clear conscience). So how do we do that? We confess and forsake sin when we blow it - admit it and quit it. We yield daily to the changing power of the Holy Spirit who both works in us to will and to do of His good pleasure.

Whenever, any person turns to the Lord in faith, "God removes the veil and there they are—face-to-face! They suddenly recognize that God is a living, personal presence, not a piece of chiseled stone. And when God is personally present, a living Spirit, that old, constricting legislation is recognized as obsolete. We're free of it! All of us! Nothing between us and God, our faces shining with the brightness of his face. And so we are transfigured much like the Messiah, our lives gradually becoming brighter and more beautiful as God enters our lives and we become like him." 2 Cor. 3:17-18 msg

What needs confessing you might ask? What we mess up needs to be confessed. Sins of the heart.. of your thoughts ..need to be confessed to God alone and forsaken. You might at times need to confess a bad attitude to others if you ill-affected some people with that. People of the world are watching us. Timing is also important.

Not sure if you are married or what you've done or not done. Listen, if the relationship you have is already fragile or crumbling, you might need to confess your sin to somebody else first. God really wants you to have a clear conscience and rebuild the trust.

I would say that private addictions need confession to God first, and then perhaps to a growing Christian as well if God leads. Yes, especially if you've hurt somebody with that (you'll need accountability to stay free). I would say stealing needs to be confessed to God and then to the one who lost what you stole.

Denial is so prevalent today. Did ya know that 80% of abusers deny that they abused anybody so.. if you've been hurt by an abuser.. don't expect a whole lot from them, I mean if somebody abused you. Hint: A lawbreaker needs to be reported to the police (I know too many believers who only go tell their pastor who informs them that he'll pray for that abuser [only]. Dumb!).

Repentance with confession is rad-imperative. People can't get saved without true repentance and believers can't enjoy a clear conscience without it. But we want to be good witnesses for Jesus.

We don't need to go to a mere human priest or pastor in some confessional to find forgiveness from God. That's not biblical. That simply comes from man and his religious traditions (not saying no one has ever heard some good advice in a confessional, though I personally never did). Please don't let dead religious leaders.. even with good intentions (not saying all priests are lost).. twist the meaning or application of the Scriptures for you. God check the entire context of Scripture. And please repent going directly to God for forgiveness first.

Later on as the Spirit leads.. or when sick.. "confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much." James 5:16

But I'd say that public sin calls for public confessions, and private sin often calls for private confession generally (but confession need to be made to God first). Yes, the confession should be as broad as the offense was. God was hurt by your sin. Many sinners don't realize how we've hurt the Lord. In connection with your confession.. when it's appropriate ..others should be present. And the confession should reflect the seriousness of that particular offense committed.

Here are some ways to apologize to another human when saying "I'm sorry" ..just isn't enough:

You know how "I'm sorry that I spilled coffee on your shoe" kind of apologies will do.. yup, most of the time that's enough for others. But sometimes "Sorry dude" ain't enough. Grasp hold and say I was wrong.. I was SO wrong ("SO" depending on the severity). I am so SO sorry because this was no minor matter. I feel bad inside (if you really do, and you should if you wronged someone). I respect you and understand that merely saying I'm sorry is not enough here, but I take full responsibility for it (and do that).

Sure, the people harmed by you need to understand that we grasp it.. that we, as the wrong-doer understand the extent of the damage etc that we caused them. You know how sin is never superficial, but when sin-committed is thought of superficially by the one who sinned, that offender tends to address their own sin superficially. That's also wrong. None of us are perfect so this is good to talk about. Ask how can I make this right?

Remember how Zack got right with God and even restored the possessions that he cheated people out of. Go and do likewise. Making restitution, when the offended person is still alive.. yes, if you still can ..is so important. That's a good witness to the world.

You remember Zacchaeus in the Bible. He was a chief tax-collector at Jericho, and mentioned only in the Gospel of Luke. He was a descendant of Abraham, and became a good example of Jesus' personal, earthly ministry to seek and to save that which was lost.. yes in bring salvation to the unregenerate people.

Zach received Jesus very joyfully but when other people, "saw it, they all complained, saying, 'He (Jesus) has gone to be a guest with a man who is a sinner.' Then Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, 'Look, Lord, I give half of my goods to the poor; and if I have taken anything from anyone by false accusation, I restore fourfold.' And Jesus said to him, 'Today salvation has come to this house..'" Lk. 19:1-10 nkjv

A bad conscience has a very good memory and God's is even better. Therefore the aim of our instruction is love from my pure heart.. "Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and [from] sincere faith, from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk, desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say nor the things which they affirm. But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully, knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine.." 1 Timothy 1:5

"Disobedience to conscience is voluntary; bad poetry, on the other hand, is usually not made on purpose." ~ C.S. Lewis

The Bible talks a lot about those with a cauterized or seared conscience inside.. you know a hardened heart or conscience. But there is a Solution for all that ..for us Christ's followers even.. and His Name is Jesus Christ.

Thanks Lord for filling up our lakes lately. Let it rain some more! Pour out whatever You and Heaven can afford.

Had some things go really bad on you and now you battle doubt? Wanna get that doubt out?

"These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world." ~ Jesus
Want Christ's overcoming nature to overcome through you? Please don't interpret the Lord in the light of your tragedy. Interpret your tragedy in the light of the Lord.
Have bad things happened to you and now you wonder why God let you down? Hey Buckeroo, after JB was incarcerated, yeah, arrested, grabbed, imprisoned for doing right, he sent word to Jesus, asking, "Are you really the Messiah we've been waiting for, or should we keep looking for someone else?" Matt. 11:3 nlt

Having some doubt from time to time ain't so bad. In relating to God, having doubt is different than having unbelief inside, cuz the latter takes an inferior choice of the will. It's true. Hear me out.

No, no! "Doubt" ain't always a bad thing to have. Mr. Oswald Chambers said that doubt is not always a sign that a man is off-base or wrong; it may be a sign that he is thinking! The world says: Don't think, feel, but God wants us to use our heads.

Heard that "skepticism" is the first step toward walkin' in truth. My former Frisco pastor, Chuck Swindoll said, "It is the right of every believer to go through halls of doubt on their way to rooms of truth."

There is a difference between doubt, skepticism, and outright unbelief.

* Skepticism really is "can't believe." Unbelief is "won't believe."

* Skepticism really is honesty. Unbelief is stubbornness.

* Skepticism really is looking for light. Unbelief is content with darkness.

Many an unbeliever sadly has no intention of changing or believing. Many will stubbornly offer up a well-worn excuse, but the fact of the matter is that, even when confronted with real solid evidence to refute their nonbelief, they will reject it out of hand. The honest at heart kinda skeptic will turn n change.. when presented with the facts. That is because they have had truthful and heartfelt questions about God and His love letter to you - the Bible (His Word).

Remember how so-called doubting Thomas "said to them, 'Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it.' A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, 'Peace be with you!' Then he said to Thomas, 'Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.' Thomas said to him, 'My Lord and my God!' Then Jesus told him, 'Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.'" (Tumblr)

There are benefits for expressing biblical faith, for He who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of of those who diligently seek Him. The Bible says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does." (T)

“I talk to God but the sky seems empty.” ~ Sylvia Plaath

"Faith goes up the stairs that love has built and looks out the window which hope has opened" ~ Charles Spurgeon

“Doubt is an uncomfortable condition, but certainty is a ridiculous one.” ~ Voltaire

I say doubt your doubts and fickle changing feelings that yell "God ditched you" or "The Lord is dead" cuz he didn't and ain't.. and then believe your biblical beliefs. Sometimes we have to proceed through the foyer of doubt to enter into the sanctuary of certainty.

Have you suffered some injustices? How did you recover? Got some regrets, or really hard-core-doubts inside. Perhaps you've had some painful thorns so to speak.. from betrayal, or deep disappointment, or from some false accusations aimed at you. Are you now full of accusations, or have you forgiven? Got some bitterness of soul and mind? The saddest words of tongue and pen are it coulda, shoulda, oughta.. it might have been.

Hey, God can haddle it all. Nothing is too big or hard for Him. Get real, get respectfully candid with Him.

"Only he who believes is obedient. Only he who is obedient, believes." ~ Deitrich Bonhoeffer

"The point of having an open mind, like having an open mouth, is to close it on something solid." ~ G.K. Chesterton

"It is so hard to believe because it is so hard to obey." ~ Soren Kierkegaard

If people ..if anyone really.. will simply turn and seek Him with their whole heart, God sincerely wants to, "comfort all who mourn, to grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, they will raise up the former devastations; and they will repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations." Isa. 61:3-4

So put off and lay down your garments of sorrow and anger at God .. who's done you no wrong. You know, the stink of the skunk mites smell like Chanel number 5 to him. No matter what other adults choose to do around you there's hope. Be tenderhearted forgiving one another. You can have a bright future cuz.. Jesus Christ came to this earth to heal, to restore, to deliver, to save, and to  repair the devastatingly irreparable.

Run to Jesus first with your doubts, hurts, reversals and tragedies.. not away from Him. Bring friends, family.. some other people with issues along with you to Him

"By all means rid yourself of an impoverished faith." ~ George MacDonald

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidience of things not seen." Hebrews 11:1

"Faith is the refusal to panic." ~ David Martyn Lloyd-Jones

"Faith is the master, and reason the maid-servant." ~ Martin Luther

Run towards a healthy Bible teaching church and towards a born again spiritual pastor ..a feeder of the sheep, not some fleecer of the sheep. Yes, run to him with whatever burdens you may have, not away from him. Go towards him even if you have no doubt or burden or trouble. In fact bring some others with or without that stuff ..along with you. Let the Holy Spirit guide and empower you. kurtwvs.tumblr.com

How truly I love you with Christ's love! Want the best for you and yours. I consider you and me to be friends.. "and I pray for good fortune in everything you do, and for your good health—that your everyday affairs prosper, as well as your soul!"

"First things first." Always heard that as the kid who felt like doin' my cores and homework after goin' surfin' at Salt Creek. And this here really needs to be first among all first things.

http://kurtwvs.tumblr.com/post/117442114908/you-dont-go-to-heaven-to-find-christ-you-go-to

Are you feeding it when ya really don't need to be feedin' it?

Has that conversation been headed south like a tall roller coaster ride at Six Flags or Disney World minus all the thrill and fun?

Ready to have the contentious strife cease.. or not so much? They can't long argue with them self.
The Bible says, "Where there is no wood, the fire goes out.." 26/20Aproverbs

The servant of the Lord must not, must not, must not allow themselves to strive, but be gentle with all. Christians arguing with each other or with a lost person.. is not a good witness. It solves nothing.  Even if you were to win the argument you could lose the friend. Listen, when there is ongoing arguing, at least one of the two parties involved has pride.

Listen, you don't really have to show up for or attend every argument that you are invited to. All invitations are not worth your time and energy. Why keep letting em start it? Just bail, split, abandon the quarrel before it breaks out - walk off before your flesh is tempted to join in.

"For the wrath of man works not the righteousness of God.." (kjv).

The Bible says, "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable." James 3:17,18

"The beginning of strife is like letting out water, so abandon the quarrel before it breaks out." Proverbs 17:14

"It is to one's honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel." Proverbs 20:3

Just make it your ambition to lead a quiet life not quick to put up your dukes - yeah, minding your own biz.

"This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God. Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and all that remains of wickedness, in humility receive the word implanted, which is able to save your souls." James 1:20

"In your anger do not sin: do not let the sun go down while you are still angry.." Ephesians 4:26

You know that with some people it's a whole lot easier than with others to get drawn into reacting in the flesh.. or an ugly argument. Before I could blink my eyelids, I've been drawn in before. I'm not proud of it, but I've been guilty of this on more than one occasion. Grateful for God's mercy and grace.

Choose to walk in the Spirit and in victory instead of in the flesh with defeat on your hands. Too many have that. Yes, hold your peace, appropriate His anointing to conquer, and show Christ's love.

The real enemy isn't wearing skin today. Remember how Paul challenged us saying, "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.." 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 nkjv

Let's refocus on the Best of the best today - the Best Person there is.. Jesus Christ.

Heard a stat just now that said approximately 10% of believers are enjoying a quiet time alone in the Word of God and in prayer these days. Hope it's more than that.
I just pray that we can refocus on the Best of the best ..the Best Person there is.. and simply pray to the Lord ..believing Him. E.M. Bounds says that, "Prayer is the greatest of all forces, because it honors God and brings Him into active aid."
Q.  Did you talk to God today? Find at least one thing to stop and thank Him for today… cuz He just loves to hear from you and is waiting. Pray love and prayer's sake, can you think of one friend of yours who more than likely didn't even think to visit a healthy church, worship, or of prayer this last weekend? Via our obedience, let's make em want to thank us later on... better yet.. want to thank the Lord soon.
Thank you Jesus for your specific plan, for praying faith-filled friends who walk in the truth. And thank you much for a great weekend of friendship, fun, and fellowship with Your body, the Church.
Brave Ethiopian believers are willing to go public with their faith in Jesus during fierce Christian persecution. Why should we pray here? Remember those in chains as if you were in chains with them. When they hurt, we hurt. Here's why we need to pray.. Jesus said, "Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father who is in heaven." Matthew 10:32-33
Again, ISIS‬ aka ISIL‬ has just taken over thirty more Ethiopian Christians‬ to sea to kill em there. And they did. In fact they are doing this every single week ..beheadings, crucifixions, mass-executions, massacres.. which says our military efforts just aren't working. (Did you know that we just had six more arrests here in the States. three in California and three in Minnesota).
Also Gitmo prisoners keep being freed. Guess where they're going? They are returning to the battlefield. The Bergdahl fiasco is another reminder for us that more Gitmo battles are ahead.
"Everyone who acknowledges me publicly here on earth, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven."
"I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God." Luke 12:8
Choose not to be uptight or anxious about anything, but instead ..in everything.. by fervent prayer, worship and specific petitions, with thanksgiving from the heart, present your requests to the God who can and will answer prayer. Sure, see Phil 4:6
"If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
Everyone who God calls, He calls them openly and publicly. Thinking about those Ethiopian believers today. They refused to renounce Christ so they were murdered by these Islamist savages. Man, I pray that my faith is as strong as theirs.
God hasn't forgotten His plan for you! What you perhaps may think is an unanswered prayer where God has let you down.. might actually be the Lord telling you to be patient.
My prayer for you today is that you will be bold and motivated to get honest with Christ and "draw near to God, resist the devil, and (know the promise that..) he will flee from you."
"Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?" ~ Paul, 1 Corinthians 3:1
We believers need you today Jesus. I trust You to rekindle. Make us red hot inside and bold. Please help, protect, and comfort our Ethiopian Christian brothers and sisters. Help them to be strong in the Spirit. Us too. We wanna fall in love with You all over again. Yes, Lord, what You've done before, please do it again..revive, restore, awaken the dead.  Be big in and through us. So many still need to hear the Gospel. Impart Your faithfulness and strength into us. Come visit with power. Let us worship whole-heartedly even today. Let us stop and bow down, let us kneel before You Lord ..our great Maker. For You are our God, our Lord, our provider, our guidance, our protection, our Lord.. and we are the people of Your pasture .. the sheep of Your hand. Thanks God. Amen. (Lookin' at Psalm 95:6 here)
The greatest sin is not to love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and person. But how can we love someone we don't stop and take time for? May I ask.. what defines you today? Is it what you do, what you have, the position you hold, the location where you hang, the friend you know or who you are in Christ? We all are called to be enjoy worship of Jesus and being witnesses for Him ...no matter what our vocation is.. or will be. I just want to encourage in in prayer today. Remember part of being a witness is opening our mouths to give witness for Jesus in the power of the Spirit. Ain't gunna happen without some prayer from someone.  facebook.com/shareJesus
